yes! LCF has a lot of connections and looks really good on your cv… but honestly, if you want to be a stylist, you will have to assist unpaid for about three years before you start making any money. it’s a lot of sacrifice- i’m still nervous about it, but in the end it is worth it. i would recommend assisting part time while you are in college so that after you graduate you can earn money quicker. as for getting into LCF, just have a strong portfolio showing your skill and style, and a strong personal statement saying why you want to go, and make sure you know what you like and state references. good luck! and let me know if you make it! xxx
